1. Choose the trip you want to go on - the calendar is available on the mission trip forms below.  The church or organization listed is the principal group participating, but individuals are welcome if space is available.

2.  Fill out & mail Mission Trip Commitment & DEPOSIT Form & deposit to Amigos office by specified date.  Reservations are made on a first-come-first-serve basis.

4. Download and print your trip flights, dates, and contacts (see below).  Leave this with a family member while you are in Nicaragua.
